Return & Size Exchange Policy

We have a 5-day size exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your order to request a size exchange.

To be eligible for a size exchange, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Size Exchanges

We only accept size exchanges for the same item, subject to size availability.

Please note:

• We do not offer refunds.
• We do not exchange items for a different style, color, or product.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping fees related to size exchanges, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Sale or promotional items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the requested size if it is available.
